What exactly does this tool do?
It scans your text and surfaces the common AI signals ("tells"): buzzwords (e.g. "delve", "leverage"), hedge openers ("In today's world…"), resolution closers ("In conclusion…"), em-dash overuse and tricolons. For each one it proposes a fix that you apply or dismiss. It never rewrites blindly — you drive every change.
Is my text sent to a server?
No. The scanner is pure JavaScript running in your browser. Your text never leaves it. (The optional Deep Humanizer downloads an AI model once from a CDN, but the text itself still stays local.)
What are "safe" fixes?
Changes that can't distort meaning — mainly turning redundant em-dashes into commas. "Apply safe" touches only those. Other fixes (word swaps, opener trims) you apply deliberately, one at a time.
Will my text pass AI detectors?
Honestly: no fully in-browser tool can guarantee passing the best detectors (Pangram, Originality) — they also train on humanizer output. This tool removes the obvious AI signals and helps you polish a draft so it sounds like you. Treat it as an editing assistant, not a way to cheat.
What does "sentence rhythm" mean?
It's burstiness — the variation of sentence lengths (standard deviation / mean). Humans write unevenly (≈0.65–0.85), AI very evenly (≈0.15–0.30). We show it as one signal, not a verdict — high rhythm alone doesn't prove a text is human.
