Will my signature work in Outlook?
Yes. The generator outputs table-based HTML with inline CSS, MSO conditional comments, and VML fallbacks for buttons with gradients - the standard for email-safe HTML across Outlook desktop, Outlook 365, Gmail and Thunderbird.
Is my data sent to a server?
No. Everything runs in your browser. Text, images and the generated HTML never leave your device. Your signature is saved only in your browser's localStorage.
How do I add the generated signature to my email client?
Copy the HTML and paste it into your client's signature settings: Gmail (Settings -> See all settings -> Signature), Outlook (File -> Options -> Mail -> Signatures), Thunderbird (Account Settings -> Signature text -> HTML).
Can I upload my own logo or avatar?
Yes. You can paste a public image URL (recommended) or upload a file up to 10 MB - uploaded images are automatically downscaled to 600 px wide. Files <20KB are inlined as base64; for larger files we suggest hosting on a CDN and pasting the URL - Gmail and some Outlook versions block large base64.

Will my signature work in Outlook?
Yes. The generator produces HTML compatible with Outlook desktop (Word rendering engine), Outlook 365 web, Gmail and Thunderbird. Gradient buttons include VML fallbacks for Outlook, which doesn't support CSS gradients on links.
Is my data uploaded?
No. Everything runs in your browser. Your signature is saved in your browser's localStorage - never sent to a server.
